Purpose: In this study, deliberate destruction and damage-which is typical vandalism-caused by the EQUIPMENT of the university LIBRARY. Methodology: This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and content analysis method. The sample for the study LIBRARY-men and women-What is the Shahid Bahonar university central LIBRARY who suffered from vandalism. The sample of the unique sampling of the entire collection method chosen. Finding: The findings show that the handwritten content Vandalism EQUIPMENT Shahid Bahonar university Central LIBRARY reading rooms in four categories consisted of expression, political slogan, feedback and memorabilia available categories. Each of these main categories, sub-categories their own. Check The content of this field suggest that the intention of these acts of destruction and negativity there and members of the LIBRARY as an outlet for communication and information have seen. The findings of this study can be noted that this case is more common among male students in LIBRARY vandalism.

Purpose: The present study aimed at discovering the status of the public libraries affiliated with Iran Public Libraries Foundation in terms of their services to the disabled (physically disabled, blind and visually impaired, deaf and hard of hearing people). Method: The present research is an applied study in terms of purpose and is a survey in terms of implementation, that was carried out within a certain period. The research population consisted of all public libraries affiliated with Iran Public Libraries Foundation. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze the data, SPSS 23 was used. Findings: The findings showed that in terms of services to different groups of the disabled, 50% of libraries provide services to the physically disabled, but only 11% of libraries provide services to the deaf and hard of hearing, and 12% provide services to the blind and visually impaired people. The status of services of the investigated libraries in the 7 categories of services and activities (including policymaking and budget, LIBRARY accessibility and physical structure, advertising and service development, ancillary services and programs, collection, staff training, and auxiliary technologies and EQUIPMENT) was under average. The highest average belonged to LIBRARY accessibility and physical structure (2. 49) and staff training (1. 49) was the lowest average among the public LIBRARY services. In the policymaking and budget category, the manager’s support for delivering services to the disabled is in the first rank. In the category of LIBRARY accessibility and physical structure, most of the libraries (84. 9%) were equipped with suitable light and only 7. 7% of them had toilets. In the advertising and service development category, informing LIBRARY activities and programs through multiple channels was the most important factor. In the staff training category, most of the libraries suffered from qualified librarians. the familiarity of librarians and managers with the types of disabilities and the services they need and the existence of trained librarians are not in a good condition (1. 4). In the category of auxiliary technologies and EQUIPMENT, the most important EQUIPMENT was scanner that existed in 632 libraries (6. 2%). Originality/value: Libraries must pay attention to the needs and expectations of people with disabilities. The study of the status of public libraries in providing services to the disabled has not been done to such an extent. The findings of this study can pave the way for public LIBRARY administrators, and librarians to provide better services to this group of society.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the LIBRARY anxiety of students, and the effect of LIBRARY skills instruction and LIBRARY tours on decreasing their LIBRARY anxiety.Methodology: The population of study- which conducted using the “pretest-posttest” experimental method- was 75 first year students at the University of Malaya, a research-intensive university in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. First, the levels of students’ LIBRARY anxiety were investigated using a revised version of the Bostick’s LIBRARY Anxiety Scale. Then, study participants were divided into three groups: first group participated in educational LIBRARY skills instruction sessions; second group participated in LIBRARY tours without attending in LIBRARY skills instruction sessions; and students in the third group neither participated in LIBRARY skills instruction sessions nor LIBRARY tours.Findings: The levels of participant’s LIBRARY anxiety were investigated using the same instrument after two weeks. Findings of the study revealed that although there were no statistically significant differences between pre-test of three groups, the levels of LIBRARY anxiety among the students in the second group were statistically significantly decreased. On the other hand, students in the second group reported to have experienced lower levels of LIBRARY anxiety after participation in LIBRARY skills instruction sessions, but not at a statistically significant level.

Objective: The main purpose of this research is determining the information infrastructures of offering information services in high school libraries in terms of building, EQUIPMENT, human resources, financial resources and, the manner of offering services and complex making has been paid attention to.Methodology: The method of research is survey-descriptive based on collecting data on questionnaires. The statistical population consists of 63 school libraries available in government and privately funded school libraries in high school and pre-university schools that all are surveyed.Findings: The findings show that 80% under-study schools had independent LIBRARY and 18% lacked independent LIBRARY. The school without independent space for LIBRARY use school chapel and spiritual training room (36.5%). Over 70% of schools are at low level regarding EQUIPMENT.About 55% of schools don’t have independent librarian in which the spiritual trainer performs LIBRARY affairs. In all the schools, libraries lack the defined budget and their financing is done through school capita donation and temporary allocation. LIBRARY resources are done in terms of requiring information from teachers and students. The subject coverage of LIBRARY is distributed as 87% for religion, the maximum, and 4% for computer, the minimum. The accessibility method is performed through open shelf in 63% schools. LIBRARY services are available in the breaks and training classes.Conclusion: Information infrastructures of offering information services in high school libraries in terms of building, EQUIPMENT, human resources, financial resources and, the manner of offering services and policy are not in good condition.

The need to laboratory and Computational Simulation of biological Suspensions and the microorganisntes dispersion EQUIPMENT, including their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Dispersion and evaporation of microbiological aevosols from a nazel are studied and modelled. In this regard a new computational program is presented and the results are discussed. The obtained results show that the aevosols will be evaporated after dispersion and their diameters will be reduced.By increasing nazed pressure, aerosols diameters will be reduced and their speed in air will be increased. These nazel pressure and aerosols speed are shown in model by Rinolds and Webber numbers. Increasing nazed diameter would also causes increasing Rinolds and Webber dimention less numbers.

Health index is a tool to evaluate the functional condition of an EQUIPMENT with the aim of improving its operational performance. In this research, the types of models available in the field of asset health index estimation along with their challenges and limitations were examined, based on a developed model. The proposed model was implemented in five different types of wind tunnel EQUIPMENT fans, due to their significant maintenance and repair costs. The model proposed in this research in order to estimate the health index includes steps such as: 1) selecting the EQUIPMENT and defining its class, 2) evaluating the effect of loading factors and location, 3) calculating the aging rate, 4) achieving the initial health index at age t and 5) evaluation of load effect, modifiers of health index and reliability, and calculation of current health index. Examining the values obtained from the fan health index, in the form of a graphic design, showed that it is possible to determine the speed of failure rate and the functional life of the EQUIPMENT. The results of this research can be used in choosing the appropriate strategy for maintenance and repairs with the aim of improving the operational performance of other EQUIPMENT.

This study aims at putting forward the proposal to run an inter-LIBRARY loan (ILL) system in Islamic Azad University (IAU) libraries. Using survey method, 84 central libraries of the major branches of Islamic Azad University were under investigation. A questionnaire was administered to measure the standards of the university libraries, technological EQUIPMENTs and facilities, telecommunication and networking. Then, possibility analysis and needs analysis of the proposal was done from LIBRARY managers’ point of view. The results indicate that libraries undergo certain shortcomings regarding their organization and management, and their annual budget is floating.99% of the libraries are equipped with LAN and 95% have internet connections. 54.2% of the libraries have cooperation of any kind with the other libraries, 48.6% of which is related to ILL. According to the managers, the potential problems for running an ILL system include lack of efficient management framework, lack of a comprehensive book classification in IAU, lack of a comprehensive information network, the possibility of losing and damaging sources, low budget, lack of computerized, telecommunication and network facilities, expert human resources, approapriate regulations and lack of mutual cooperation of the libraries.
